If you've purchased X1 (i.e. have a registration code) and you are receiving a trial expiration message, you will need to activate your copy of X1 by registering the product.
1. Locate your registration code (it should be on your purchase confirmation email).
If you are unable to locate your purchase receipt, log into your X1 support portal account, http://www.x1.com/support/portal/, and select the "Your Products" tab).
2. Inside the X1 Professional Client, click on Help > Register Product
3. Enter your registration code and click "Register"
Please Note: You must have "admin" rights to register/activate X1. Please either log in as an admin or have someone with the appropriate permissions log in for you so the registration code can be entered.
