Once logged in, please follow the steps below:
1. Select the 'Your Products' tab

2. On the left is a list 'Available Upgrades'. If you are unsure what version of X1 you were running, please note your purchase date, and check the Release Notes archive to check for your version number: http://archive.x1.com/support/release_notes_archive.html
3. Download your version of X1 Professional Client
