Follow the four steps below to find and act on information with X1 Search.
1. Choose a data source from the Source List
2. Enter keywords, phrases, and Boolean connectors in the Search Field, and view and refine search results in the Results List
3. View emails, files and SharePoint data in the Preview Pane
4. Act on results with Post Search Actions (PSAs)
