After finding files and documents, Post Search Actions (PSAs) allow you to open the file, open the containing folder, or delete the file.
To act upon a File, select the File in your Results List, and refer to the icons above the Preview Pane:
- Open opens the selected file
- Open Folder opens the folder where the file or document is saved.
- Delete deletes the File, and places the item in the Recycle Bin, as though you deleted the File from Windows Explorer.

Please note: If you hold down Shift when using the Delete Post Search Action, X1 Pro will delete the file without moving the File to your recycle bin.
