Outlook Post Search Actions

We understand that is not enough to quickly find the emails and attachments in your Outlook account, but you need to act on them as well. X1 Search's Post Search Actions (PSAs) allow you to Reply to, Forward and even Delete emails, without leaving X1.

The area above the preview pane lists the PSAs that are available for
the content source you are working with.  Select the item in the results
pane then choose your action. 

Clicking on the caret opens a drop down menu with additional Post Search Actions.

Note that PSAs can be applied to single item or multiple items.
  • New Email opens Outlook and creates a new message window.
  • Open loads the original message in Outlook.
  • Reply opens an Outlook message to the selected email author.
  • Reply All opens an Outlook message to all email message recipients.
  • Forward opens Outlook with the original message in a window.
  • Delete removes the message.
  • Mark as Read marks unread message as read.
  • Mark as Unread marks read message as unread.
  • Move to places the message in an Outlook folder
  • Copy to places a duplicate message in an Outlook folder

The Outlook PSAs are also available by right clicking on an item in the Results List.
