Can I upgrade from the Professional Client to X1 Search 8?

If you have are current on your X1 support, you can download X1 Search 8 at no cost. To download X1 Search 8, please follow the steps below:

(1) Log into your support portal by entering the email address and password associated with your X1 account.

(2) If you are current on support you should see a 'Get X1 Search 8' button.

 (3) When you click the 'Get X1 Search 8' button, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your X1 account which includes your download link and License ID and Password. 

Please note: If you are NOT current on X1 support, when you log into the support portal you will see a 'Buy X1 Search 8' button which will bring you to our online shopping cart. You can purchase your license there, or click the 'Buy Now' button on our homepage www.x1.com.
